Guidelines For a Successful Vacation Rental

In our experience the homes that have the following specifications are the most profitable & desirable for potential guests.

Value of the property $650,000 +
Minimum 3 + Bedrooms, 2+ Bathrooms, 1500 sq. ft +
Pool (heated is a bonus) or Hot Tub or yard with entertaining areas
Located as close to the beach coastline/ Inlet or Intracoastal as possible.
Upgraded properties (Kitchen, flooring, bathrooms etc..)
Beautifully decorated & furnished.
